I have used leaseplans direct manytimes over the years, a simple e-mail and everything is taken care of. A couple of days later I receive the scaled plans.
Not all lease plan suppliers are the same. We have been called on many occasions to help correct lease plans or site plans that have been rejected by the land registry. It usually needs a re-visit to put right the plan, the land registry will close the account and you have to re-apply, you then have extra solicitor charges to re-lodge the new plan and you will have paid for two plans.
